We care about the environment as much as you do. That's why we've replaced the individual toiletries in your room with larger-sized products.

Changing of bed linen

You can help protect the environment with a simple gesture: by reusing the towels in your room. When you want them changed, simply leave them in the bath.

Pool towels*

· SUITES: You’ll find them in your room, and they’ll change if you leave them in the bath.

· ADULTS: You will find it in your room, and you can exchange it at reception upon providing a credit card as a deposit of €1 for each towel exchange.

· STANDARD: Towels are collected from and returned to reception, subject to a credit card guarantee as a deposit, and can be exchanged for €1.

• Full board with drinks included (water, soft drinks, beer and/or wine).
• Bar service from opening until midnight (from 15 June to 15 September until 1 a.m.): all alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages on our menus, except for certain items (reserves, special beers, cocktails, etc.), which you can also enjoy for an additional charge.
• Tapas of the day from 12:00 noon to 3:00 p.m. at the bar or pool bar.
• Crisps (Lay's lightly salted and Pelotazos) and ice cream in tubs of various flavours, from when the bar or pool bar opens until closing time.
• Afternoon tea from 5pm to 7pm: choose your favourite treats from our buffet.
• If you wish to have lunch at the Beach Club (in hotels that have one), you will enjoy a 40% discount on the menu prices (except special offers).

We offer you our laundry services so that your garments also receive the best treatment when it comes to cleaning.

We advise you to use the safe (for a fee) available in all hotel rooms. The insurance covers up to €1,500 per theft. The hotel is not responsible for items and belongings that are not stored in the safe.

Your pet is also welcome at our establishment.

• One (1) pet (dog or cat) is permitted, weighing no more than 25 kg.
• Upon arrival, we will request a supplement of €25 for cleaning costs, plus €12 for each night of your stay.

Out of respect for other guests enjoying the hotel, your pet is not permitted in the common areas and must remain in your room. Furthermore, your pet is expected to behave appropriately and not disturb the peace and quiet of others.
